Join in one of our fitness classes on any day of the week (except Sunday's - Sunday's are for rest!) where we offer a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

Your monthly pass starts the day of your first class and finishes on the same day of the following month.
