Join in one of our fitness classes on any day of the week (except Sunday's - Sunday's are for rest!) where we offer a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

Our classes focus on HIT: Cardio, Arms & Kettle Bells, Circuit Training, Butt & Thigh Workout, Core & Deep Stretch
